This restaurant is outside security at PIA... So it definitely has that going for it! We were dropped off and wanted to eat to spend a little more time with family, so frankly if you're in a time crunch in a situation like that it's your only option.
The food here was just fine... And it is probably near the top of airport restaurants I've been to (keeping in mind that airport food is notoriously bad at little diners). The service was fast and friendly, and I enjoyed my BBQ pork sandwich. The fries were ok, but possibly not worth the $1 upgrade.
I was pleasantly surprised after reading all the bad reviews, the fact of the matter is that if you're in an airport you won't quite get what you pay for, but this little restaurant is just fine! -

Breakfast review: The restaurant was very convenient for this business traveler. The staff was extremely polite, Midwest style. I ordered the breakfast platter. Very simplistic, but that was exactly what I was looking for in a hurry, plus I wanted to sit down and be waited on. I got my food very fast. Knowing what kind of place I was walking into and hungry for bacon and eggs, 5 Stars.

The red-haired woman working at this place at 9:30 am on March 6 would not get me a coffee at the bar because I need to order it from the snack bar. That she also works at.
It is five feet away. There was no one else here at the time. She has served five or six other customers while I've sat here waiting for her to realize that people TIP when you serve them drinks at a bar, not at a counter.
I am the only non-white person here. Racist? Probably. Fire this person. -

Convenient and comfortable spot to grab warm food before your flight. The fries are excellent and the staff is kind.

Airport food in a small airport = ehhhh

Limited menu.
No hot food after the security check point so eat here if you want hot.
